General info: Win10, presumably version 1607 ( updated a few days ago)

Hi guys,
Im having problems booting up my pc. It displays the image seen in this imgur album:

https://imgur.com/a/T2GeU

It tells me about ntoskrnl.exe and error code 0xc0000098.

As mentioned in the imgur album, I managed to get into the booting settings by pressing f10. When I restarted the pc and pressed f10 for the third (maybe) time, it starter preparing a bios swap, as seen in the second Picture. Maybe I was just pressing a different button accidentally, but I'm not pressing anything Right now.

My pc Always updates at shutdown when a new update is available. There was An update a few days ago, but I don't know if that could have affected it.
I started having crashes for the first time about two weeks ago, but these crashes stopt about a week later. (Sorry if this is unrelated, trying to give as much info as possible)

Any help is appreciated.

Also, I read from a lot of places that booting from the Windows CD can Help, but I only have a Win7 CD and don't know the consequences of using this CD.
