Windows 10 Stop Code Inaccessible Boot Device

Hi, i have a problem with Windows 10 stop code: Inaccessible Boot Device. Recently after i shut down my Desktop PC, when i boot it up the next day it would show this error and automatically restart for me. Although the restart does brought me in but it is abnormal to have this error everytime i start it up. What should i do?

Here are my spec:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M Aorus M
RAM: GEIL EVO POTENZA DDR4 8GBx2
SSD: PNY 120GB SSD
HDD: Toshiba SATA III 1TB
PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 550W

Additional Info: The SSD and HDD are combined into one storage.

The SSD and HDD are combined? Is this with AMD's Optane equivalent?

That has been known to be pretty flawed, which may be part of the issue, unfortunately.

Yeap, my retailer used AMD's StoreMI on this combination. He said it should'nt have cause any problem since he did this for his previous customers too. Well, I kinda doubt on that. :/

Also this problem pop out after I updated my windows, does this update might part of the issue too?
