Windows 10 Storage in Settings Not recognizing other internal Hard Drive

I am running Win10 Pro. I have a C drive for the O/S and D drive for the data. I can access both drives via Windows Explorer and both show up in Computer Mgt properly. However, when I open "settings, storage", only the C drive shows up. Randomly I will see the D drive but not consistently. the D drive is Bitlocker encrypted and the C drive is not.

Please advise as to how to see both drives in the settings.

Show us a screencap of your current Disk Management window.
