[SOLVED] Windows 10 Stuck at Automatic Repairs

While booting, Windows 10 is stuck at automatic repair for chkdsk/repairing disk errors, tried shutdown method (3 times) when the motherboard logo appears still no luck & tried to boot the genuine bootable Win10 CD it doesn't detect it and resumes back to automatic repairs, this is happening since a week.

So please help me here.

swapping out that HDD. "Repairing disk errors" is and immediate red flag for its functionallity.

If the hard drive is failing, there's no fix for now, the near-future, or the long term.
