Windows 10 stuck at logo after update

So I just recently installed the latest windows 10 update onto my pc and now whenever I boot I just get the windows logo. Not even any spinning dots. after restarting a repair screen comes up. bun none of these options help. Can someone please help me!!!!

I had this issue, in my case it was caused by incompatible version of Aster 2.12 software, safe mode, uninstall, and then install 2.13/2.14 solved the problem. But I guess your cause will be completely different.
