Anytime I use my my laptop I get these stutters every few minutes, no matter what I'm doing. During this time, I can move my cursor and switch to other programs but the program I was just currently using hangs for like 4 or 5 seconds.
I recently got a new hard drive and installed windows 10 on it but experienced problems with it crashing frequently and so did a reinstall of Windows 10 hoping that it would go away. Well, it did but now I've got another problem of this microstuttering. Anyone got the same issue and know why this is happening. I installed the correct drivers for my graphics, sata controller and other stuff and my power plan is on High Performance.
