Question Windows 10 surround sound not working.

I have this 7.1 surround sound headset plugged on my board. the windows sound control panel could detect all my jacks (Front, side surround,center/woofer,rear surround). But the only volume i can adjust is the Front speakers. Nothing happens when i try to balance my other volumes. Also my sound effects from Nahimic 3 don't seem to work. I am using an MSI x570 gaming pro carbon wifi. windows 10 pro.

Windows up to date?
Have you installed Audio driver?

I have installed my audio drivers, and updated windows. my motherboard is MSI X570 gaming pro carbon wifi
