Windows 10 taking ages to boot up completely

I don't know what's wrong, but lately Windows 10 has been taking ages to boot up completely up until the point where I can start using it. Once it's booted up fully, it works normally, as fast as it should.

Why is this?

My Rig:

FX6300
8GB RAM DDR3
1TB Seagate + 320GB Seagate(WIndows 10)
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 motherboard
Onboard ATI Radeon HD 3000 video
500W PSU

Time to upgrade to SSD.
There are several windows services that are capable to reduce windows speed to crawl when using mechanical HDDs.
Those are windows defender, defragmenter, file search indexer and windows updates.

maybe is your ram disk?

are you saving and restore ram disk info from disk?
