Windows 10 toolbars are gone.

I cant seem to figure out why they are gone this is the fourth time it has happened and it randomly came back on the other three but not this one. I am wondering what to do to fix it. Here is a picture of the toolbar for reference. What i mean is the icons that i pin to it and the time and internet icons.

Right mouse on it / properties, see if it auto hide is ticked. If it is untick it

taskbar buttons is on never combine and auto hide task-bar is disabled.

And ive tried restarting windows explorer.
