Question Windows 10 two reading systems...Confused?

At present, I have Bios Legasy which has one reading systen, NTFS. In the past I had the other Bios Bio, I thnk, that had two reading suystems FAT and NTFS. It gave me all kinds of problems. Why did they select two reads for the later? Thanks

At present, I have Bios MODE: Legasy which has ONE reading system, NTFS. In the past I had the other Bios MODE: Bio, I think. It was from a different verion of windows 10. That version two reading systems FAT and NTFS. each had it's own partisan.
