Windows 10 UEFI Boot screen is just loading bar?

Hello, today I installed Windows 10 (x64) on my HP EliteBook 8440p. I installed it in UEFI mode. But when I boot up PC, it boots up like in the picture. And then it loads to login screen. How can I solve this and what's the problem? Thanks for help...

Yes. It says "Loading". Why I can't see OEM logo on boot? That's my problem. Thanks for reply...
