WIndows 10 unable to change default installation path for applications.

Greetings, I wanted to know if knows how to fix this problem. Every time I try to change the default install location I get this error.

If app itself gives me choice I get this error

I do not even have a SD card. only 2 hard drives and both of them are in NTFS file format.
I will be glad if you can help me.
