Question Windows 10 unactivated

Hi, I'm about buy a pc without OS. Is it ok if I install windows 10 unactvated on it? Also will it run smoothly on AMD FX-8350 4 Ghz 8-Core Processor?

Yes, you can install Window 10 and not activate it. You just get stuck with being unable to change the wallpaper and a permanent activation watermark in the bottom right corner.

It should run fairly smoothly even on that old of a platform.

It should work okay, there aren't that many restrictions to running deactivated although there is no guarantees that will last forever, Microsoft could change their mind.

smoothly depends if Motherboard has win 10 drivers or not, most PC made in last 6 years should be okay.,
