I have 3 hard drives, my main "C" drive for OS and games, my "D" drive for data and another drive "E" dedicated to audio recording. There is also a pseudo drive "F", for system reserved stuff for the OS, which is normal.
After the big 1803 Windows update, I magically have a "new" drive, "G" that has appeared and it holds 449MB and there is only "35"MB of "free space". I am getting CONSTANT reminders (every 10-15 minutes that the "drive" is full and to click here to free up space, but that does nothing. Even when turning on hidden system files, I still can't access them, or use the disk cleaning option to free up space. I don't know why this happened but I don't like it.
Why did Windows do this and how can I stop this annoying thing from persisting?
Thanks!
