Windows 10 update assistant

Hello!
I have questions. Why is my Windows 10 downloading latest W/10 version without my concern. I disabled the auto update from service; also selected the 'Defer upgrade' in the settings.

Is there a significant difference in the downloaded version than just regular windows update?

You can use OOSU10 to permanently disable windows auto update and other annoying windows 10 stuff.
