Hey everybody,

I've been using windows 10 for a while now and i love it.
But last week i had an small update.
And when i tried some games this morning i saw that some of them were just deleted!
No big deal but its a pain to install all those games again.
Most of them are classic games i've got on cd's

My pc hasn't had problems with virussen of spyware, everything is scanned daily.
Also nobody has access to my pc.
So i'm really curious what is causing this.
Games are on an external drive and nothing else is missing.
I'm not sure its a windows problem, but when w10 was just introduced i heard some rumors that they could delete games or something.

Anyway i'm hoping somebody has some solutions for this weird problem.
Thanks in regarts

Solution
Build 1809 update was known to delete files and/or folders on some systems so Microsoft pulled it -- supposed to have been fixed but not rolled out yet until after it's been tested by Insider Preview members.:

https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2018/10/09/updated-version-of-windows-10-october-2018-update-released-to-windows-insiders/

Latest build delivered via automatic updates is currently 1803 according to my update history..

I'm not aware of files/folders being deleted with any update other than 1809
