[SOLVED] windows 10 update mess up my computer

so... i wake up to a system reboot..... (obviously from a windows 10 update while i was asleep)... but... no audio... and worse... no internet.......... i check device manager and i got a couple of ! here and there.... so i hop onto the dell website frantically downloading drivers for the missing ones....

but none of them work........ so... im asking myself... is Linux THAT bad ? lol... its gotten to that point... i dunno what else to do....do i install a pirated version of windows 11 for the updates to STOP ?

are you sure is it not hardware issue?
what is your dell model?
could have tell win 10 to not update hardware driver

Obviously, no.
Win 11 isn't even released yet, there is no "pirate version", and even if you DO install it, you'd get MORE updates.

Figure out what is wrong with your current setup.

Can you use system restore to reset back to when all was well?
It will be under the system protection settings.
