Windows 10 update messed up my computer.

So today I wanted to install Forza 6 but realized I needed the latest version of Windows 10. So I updated it and now my computer thinks it doesn't have a GPU (it doesn't detect it). I tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers but they keep failing. And because of this, my speakers and my 2nd monitor don't work. Also, it freezes constantly while trying to restart/shut down and sometimes it doesn't even boot up correctly. What should I do?

Did you download the latest motherboard chipset and Nvidia drivers?

You did teh Upgrade?
Consider now doing a full reinstall. That almost always fixes issues like this.

Of course, you'll have to install all your drivers and software.

I went to that "aka.ms/winup" website that the Microsoft store suggests for updates. But at this point my computer seems to be messed up beyond repair so I'm probably going to have to restore it again. This happened about a week ago when I updated to Windows 10 also. I don't know why Microsoft's designed their software like this.
