Windows 10 update, now pc won't load anything including the start menu.

Windows 10 updated last night. Turned computer on this morning and pc won't load anything. It sleeps.

Do you have a blank screen?
It could be software like an antivirus app preventing Windows to load.
What happens if you press Ctrl+Alt+Del?

If there isn't a response then

Hold the power button to shut down (repeat this over 3 times until you see a Recovery screen).
Click the buttons See advanced repair options > Troubleshoot >Advanced options >Windows Startup Settings >Restart.
Press F4 or F5 (keys 4 or 5 might also work) to enter Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking.
Hit Win + R keys and type msconfig then hit the Enter key.
Choose Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
Go to the Services tab and check Hide all Microsoft services.
Click the Disable all button.
Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.
Disable the startups and reboot.
