Question Windows 10 Update to Version 19H1_RELEASE

So I'm a Windows Insider on the Slow setting and tonight or I guess I should say early this morning Windows attempted to install 19H1_RELEASE.

I get the following error message: Last failed install attempt on ‎3/‎23/‎2019 - 0x80242016

A quick google search yielded nothing, I attempted to install this version twice so far with the same result.

The Restart and install Update worked and progressed quickly to 7%, after 11-14 minutes it jumped to 58% a minute or two later the system rebooted into Windows. The first attempt took about 16.5 minutes the second attempt took about 13.5 minutes. A few moments after booting into Windows and logging in I got the message that Windows could not install the update.

Has anyone seen this issue when updating to 19H1_RELEASE from 1903?
