Good day, my Internet Connection is a metered data since we dont have access to unlimited ISP in my town, how much data would a Windows 10 updates consume? my installed windows 10 from a disc is from 2018 and if download and install the updates to around this time would all the data to be consumed exceed 100GBs or more? Thank you.

your best bet is to download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
and use that to update PC, and then after that you have about 5 updates.
won't use 100gb thats for sure. Shouldn't be much more than 20 at most. Installer needs a 16gb usb but I don't think it uses it all.

There are new versions of windows made every 6 months that include all the previous updates, the installer will have the latest, then you only need 1 cumulative update and few others to be up to date.

make USB
open File explorer
navigate to the USB
run setup.exe
agree to upgrade current PC.
