Windows 10 Updates

I have not install Windows Updates for weeks will installing latest windows 10 patch manually install all the previous patches that i did not install with it?

All the necessary updates pending for your platform will go along as the OS deems necessary. IMHO, you should back up your critical contents in case the updates go south of the border. That way, if you need to reinstall your OS, you haven't lost your critical content(as long as it was backed up on a removable storage device).

Let say i missed out 3 updates but install the very latest one will that update install the previous missed updates if download and install manually

Monthly roll-up updates:

Newer rollups supersede previous ones, as they include all the patches they contained.

There is therefore no need to manually install previous ones that you didn't get when they were released.

So if i manually install the latest version (from Web Browser) it will install the previous one also?

No, they are cumulative. You do not need the older ones if you install the newer one.
