windows 10 upgrade failed

when i checked upgrade history i saw
1. at 9.00 am upgrade failed and also at 12.00 o clock it failed dunno y
what shud i do

A few items to check:

You can re-download the ISOs - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
That way, you'll ensure the ones you've got aren't corrupted.

Make sure you disable your antivirus utilities and any other non-essential programs running before starting up the upgrade.

And of course, make sure you've got enough disk space to install - the upgrade runs about 16-20 gigs, depending.
