Windows 10 upgrade....ssd no longer working

Hi guys. Windows 10 was upgraded on my pc from 7 at work. Now my ssd which is used for storage (not o/s) is no longer working. Not shown in bios. Tried different sata ports, cables and other pcs. Any ideas? Seems a coincidence as it was working fine before upgrade.

Must be a coincidence because OS can't change anything in BIOS.
