You can clone your current drive over to the SSD using something like Acronis True Image and then on the new drive simply run the Windows 10 upgrade that you see on your current OS install.

However, you will run into activation issues. You need to first upgrade your computer, then do clean install, because Microsoft changed the way Windows 10 is activated.
