Windows 10 Upgrade

I have some issues in my "Windows 8" Genuine Laptop. Please help me resolve them. Issues are:

1.) I was getting Microsoft windows 8.1 upgrade on my laptop(WINDOWS 8 Genuine). Instead of using that upgrade I used Windows 8.1 CD and upgraded it, but Now its showing to activate the windows and the key was pre-loaded in the system. How can I activate it?

2.) How can I put it back to Windows 8?
Will I get the same old Upgrade notification?
If I get that Upgrade done, will it upgrade finally to Windows 10?

1) Check to make sure there is no code on the back of the PC. if not, then reply no. Also, the windows 8.1 disc should have included a key. Are you trying not to use that key, or have you already?

2) if you have the windows 8 disc/recovery media, insert into dvd drive or usb. Boot computer and restore windows 8. Alternatively, create Windows 10 boot media from microsoft.com, and install it, bypassing the windows 8.1
