Windows 10 Upgrade

I had upgraded window 8 to Windows 10 . After the Windows Login Symbol it Shows a Black or blue screen with Cursor that Shows something loading . How can I solve this Problem.

You just did the upgrade very recently?
The problem was there from day one after the upgrade?
Do you have a new legitimate license from Microsoft?
What kind of equipment do you have?
