Windows 10 Upgrading question

When i build my new rig and activate windows 7 on the rig a few days before windows 10 launches, would i still be able to upgrade to windows 10?

As stated by Microsoft. All licensed legal copies of Windows 7/8/8.1/8.1U will have 1 year from the date of 'launch' of Windows 10 to upgrade for free. AFTER that date (launch +1 minute) you will HAVE to purchase Windows 10 upgrade.

Yes. Anytime before July 29, 2016.
