Windows 10, US keyboard layout keeps reappearing.

The problem is that i have two keyboard layouts: UK (US layout) and Russian keyboard. The problem is that US (US layout) keeps reappearing, but it doesn't appear in language options. Same problem described here.

Some additional details: To remove this layout i need to add it first trough option and then delete it. This will remove it temporary. Then it reappear again after i wake-up PC. I've removed language packs that i don't use.

Try deleting them and then restarting the pc as that might save the changes to your profile. Shut down doesn't turn the pc off anymore, just puts it to sleep. so its possible it just reloads its settings when it starts.

Didn't work. US layout reappeared after waking-up my laptop.
