Question Windows 10 USB bootable boot very slow after automatic repair error

My laptop had initially issue with automatic repairing of the operating system.

When the I attempted to power on and off multiple times, it went in to black screen error missing boot media. After adjusting the bios setting, now it finds the booting operating system but unable to successfully complete the automatic repairing of the OS.

I am trying to format it with Win 10 usb bootable that I created with Rufus. But it boots very slowly. In fact other usb booting that I tried such as Bootable Ubuntu, AOEMI Backupper also boots very slowly.

I am wondering what can be the problem. I was expecting USB bootable at least should function smoothly. Please advise. Thank you for the support in advance…

The laptop model is Lenovo 110-15ISK
Model Name: 80UD

Yes, it does have a hard disk... not sure if the initial power on and off attempts has resulted in a faulty hard drive. My question was that why would a bootable USB Ubuntu or other USB bootable make the boot very slow as the OS starts from the USB, I would assume we are disregarding the Hard Drive regardless of its functionality. currently on the bios gives fast response
