The Windows 10 image on your USB could not be recognized due to a number of factors. It could be incorrectly imaged on the USB, or corrupt. Try re-imaging the USB drive with the Windows 10 image. I forgot to mention that you should go ahead and change the boot order in BIOS so your computer tries to boot from the USB drive first.

What format is the USB? FAT32 or NTFS

You can use PowerISO, a free tool, to image the USB drive.

Another tool to create bootable USB drives is Rufus.
