Windows 10 usb install keeps looping back to setup on hp laptop

I have an HP laptop with 6gb ram and 7th gen i7 cpu. I don't remember the model. It came with Windows 10 preinstalled. I wanted to clean install and formatted everything(including recovery). I downloaded windows 10 using media creation tool on my Desktop. Then i used Rufus to make a bootable usb flash drive. I used it to install WIndows 10 on the laptop. I changed boot order and then made 3 partitions and installed Windows. Once the 5 steps was over, it says windows need to restart in 10 seconds and it restarted, only to go back to the setup again.
I found out that it was the problem with the boot order, and tried removing usb after that. But after the HP start screen, it shows 2 windows versions(same) and then it does not load windows. It shows an error box and restarts. This happens over and over again. Please Help.

Instead of you making partitions let W10 make partitions as needed on an empty disk, you can always resize and make them later on.
