Windows 10 USB Installation MBR

Hey everyone,

Recently my Windows 10 wouldn't startup properly, and nothing would fix it (Resetting windows, installing windows from a USB Drive, Windows 10 repairs wouldn't work either).

I found the advice of taking my Windows 10 Drive (120GB SSD) out and copying all files off it, and wiping it with another computer and then reinstalling windows from a USB drive.

I have done that, but when I install windows, everything works yet I get the message "The computer started using the windows installation media. Remove the installation media and restart your computer so that Windows starts normally. Then, insert the installation media and restart the upgrade. [Do not select | Custom [advanced]| to perform an upgrade."

I then tried to install using the custom settings (Because my drive was blank), and then I couldn't install it on drive because they all were MBR? And I couldn't do that on EFI systems?

Can anyone help me to get windows running on my PC?
