So, Ive had a issue for a while where the sound on Windows 10 cuts out, i thought it was just my Lexicon IO82 USB mixer, as it was very old and no longer supported (only had win8 drivers). So i went out and got a brand new Soundcraft notpad 5 mixer. But the issue remains!! So this tells me its a windows affair. It happens pretty much randomly but usually after 20-30min.
The fix is just moving the windows master volume slider on the taskbar up and down for a few seconds, and bam, sound is back... for a while.

Side note: I also have a USB headphone amp/DAC installed that I use from time to time or when I'm fed up with the cut outs, I have never had any issued with this cutting out.
Its very frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated.
