Windows 10 useres faces freezing issue

I have some windows 10 users mostly they work on 3ds max autocad etc but it freezes and when i check even log it shows applications hangs and application erros...

Eg
1) Microsoft.photos.exe ver etc stopped interacting with windows and was closed
2)the program winword.exe version stopped interacting with widows and was closed
3)Faulting application name : WSCommCntr4.ece ver 10.0.17134 , time stamp ox7e614c22
4)faultingapplicationname : adobe spaces helper.exe


Also one user faces issue like if two apps are lopen like one 3ds max and on top windows explorer half view, the mouse pointer is not shown in the explorer and will show area outside it during this the device removal sound like sound also comes

check for trojans and viruses with malwarebytes

Which hardware is being used?

Maybe BIOS update of the motherboard can help

updating windows as well

check hard drives for error with manufacturing tool
check memory memtest.org usb autoinstaller
