[SOLVED] Windows 10 using half of the available ram

After the most recent windows 10 update it's only using half of my available ram speed. I've updated bios and the speed is correct in bios. However in the task manager it's showing 1600mhz when it was showing 3200 prior to this update.

This is a common misunderstanding. 1600x2=3200. DDR memory is just reported this way. You have nothing to worry about.

Check with CPU-Z.
Task manager is known to show inaccurate data.
