Question Windows 10 weird language issue

hello, everyting on my windows is main language but only Downloads tab is english, this is so weird. why is this tab not my main language, any fix for it?

Was it ever displaying correctly in Turkish?

Turkish requires an underlying "base" language

I'm assuming yours has English as the "base" language?
To me, the requirement for a base would suggest there's not 100% full translation throughout.

I have never encountered such a problem before.
I'm using %100 Turkish for years and today I c its changed only name of the downloads tab,
here is my language settings https://prnt.sc/rqdp39 only turkish, I don't have english as a 2nd lang.

As far as I'm aware, Turkish is a language pack that sits atop a.n.other language.

Regardless, take a look at Windows update - if this only occurred today, has Windows Update installed anything in the last day, or two?
