[SOLVED] Windows 10 - Where's My Wireless?

I just built a PC and installed Windows 10 Home 64 bit . I do not see Bluetooth in the Device Manager. Did Windows Update not pull in that piece or is it 'buried'
somewhere?

Also, does the MoB I have listed below have a WiFi capability? Does some kind of card need to be purchased and installed? or does SW just need to be configured?

You need to buy a separate PCIe card (or, less preferably USB stick) if you want wireless capability.

Both you and that VietGuy said something similiar. What I have is "Gigabyte X570 AORUS Elite (AMD Ryzen 3000/X570/ATX/PCIe4.0/DDR4/USB3.1/Realtek ALC1200/Front USB Type-C/RGB Fusion 2.0/M.2 Thermal Guard/Gaming Motherboard) ". I don't seed the WiFi reference here so do I have to buy a PCIe card if I want WiFi?

The motherboard needs nothing other than an open PCIe slot. Something like this would work well since it'll provide wireless connectivity AND Bluetooth - https://www.newegg.com/asus-pce-ac58bt-pci-express/p/N82E16833320386

Why do you not favor a USB stick?

I think the PCIe card is more reliable. Granted,my thoughts come from long ago when USB adapters weren't very reliable nor able to provide good connections. I'm not sure if anything has changed in the last 10 years, but I still prefer PCIe adapters whenever possible.

it might just be me but i would aim to get an AX standard card, only as its not going to be a relabelled Win 7 driver
the PCI card is based on Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9260 (9260NGW). It appears it only supports win 10 (and other OS) so I assume its okay going forward

Is your suggestion taking into account that I am running a AMD CPU or does that matter? If irrelevant, can you suggest a a favorably priced example?
