Hi, Ill try to describe this as best as I can.
So my error is as follows..
Occasionally when I turn my pc on for the first time of the day, I get blinking white lines and my pc doesn't boot into windows, I have to hold down the power button to turn it off and then when I turn it back on it boots in fine problem gone.. this problem has been driving me mad, I even just bought a new PSU thinking it may be something to do with that.. I've checked my bios and my boot order is fine as it should be, I've checked event logs but I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for.. obviously its not really effecting the use of my pc but I dislike any error at all with my pc and I'm sure there are many of you on here that feel the same way
Somedays the pc will boot fine from a cold start but other days it decides to do this lockup, I've been trying to read around the issue but have not found anything that is exactly my problem, as most people that have had this issue, it seems to happen every boot, whereas mine is very intermittent.
Could it possibly be to do with my overclock on my cpu?

Asus Rog GTX 1080
Asus Maximus Ranger VIII
Samsung Evo 850 (Boot Drive)
Kingston Hyper X SSD
