Hello, I have an odd problem. I was gaming as usual. After I finished, I went on to close an application. The application was GoG Galaxy. After I clicked on it, my pc froze completely, not even giving me a BSOD. I turned it off since it wasn't respnding, but now Windows won't start. The manufacturers logos aren't appearing either. It's just black. I've tried resetting my motherboard by removing the battery, then reinserting it, but that didn't help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My specs are here https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XGscZw

Edit 1: I forgot to mention, I have another 16 gigs of ram as well as the ones in the link. I don't know the name of them, but I'll add then to the description when I find them

I've just realized some of the lights on the motherboard stay on after its been shut down. these lights are near the graphics cards

Edit 2: thanks to skynet I was able to figure out part of the problem and can log on as normal.

Final edit: thanks to skynet i found out 1 of my GPUs had died. Theres other issues im having now, but at least this has been s9lved

Remove extra graphics card. Have only single graphics card installed.
Try both graphics cards this way.
Hey, it worked! My pc is displaying a message that says an operating system wasn't found. I installed my OS on the SSD.

It worked after testing my second card. I'm seeing a message that says that an os wasn't found and to disconnect every device. My OS is on my ssd, which is connected, so I'm guessing I'll have to use the windos media creation tool? Btw, do you think this means my second graphics card is shot, or was it simply getting in the way, and I'll be able to use it later?
