Sorry if this should be in the Windows subforum, but I wasn't sure which to use.

Just built a mostly new computer:

NEW AMD FX-6300 Processor
NEW Asus M5A97 Mobo
NEW ADATA Premier SP550 SSD
USED 8GB (2x4GB) of random ram that I had lying around
NEW Asus Geforce 750 TI
USED OCZ 700W power supply that I had

When trying to install Windows 10 from a Sandisk flash drive created using the Microsoft Media Creation tool it gets to this

point just fine, then it reboots, and hangs here

with the circly loading animation. If I leave it here for about 30 minutes, then the monitor goes to sleep.

I've messed around in the bios with boot priority, tried turning it off and rebooting with and without the Windows flash drive plugged in with no luck.

I've started over with the Windows install multiple times with no change. I have formatted the flash drive and recreated it with no change.

I've tested the video card in another computer and it worked fine there. I've memtested the ram for 24 hours each stick, individually, with no errors. I've put the SSD into another desktop and was able to format and use it perfectly.

I'm out of ideas... Help please?
