Windows 10 will not reboot

Hello guys!I have a problem, everytime i try to reboot , my pc will shut down and just wont boot again .. I disabled the fast boot and hibernation sleep and it did not solve my problem.. Can you help me out?

take power off the mb clear the cmos see if efi gui locked up on you. if it not that uninstall your anti virus then see if the pc will reboot. most anti virus can hang windows in power or reset if there damaged.
