Windows 10 with 100% Disk Usage Problem even though I was fixed with all ways.

I've tried disabling:
- Superfetch
- Windows Search
- Background intelligent transfer service
- disabling "Show me tips about Windows"
- tried different Virtual memory settings
- different Power Plan settings
- but nothing helps.

I don't have a iastor.sys drive

It's start up is super slow, this is only a 1 year old PC. Downloading gets slowed down. Steam has basically stopped downloading all together.

Any more suggestions what to do?

Even I Had The Same Problem , Reverted Back to 8.1 , btw I Managed to Reduce The Disk Usage While was using WIndows 10 by changing/disabling Antivirus , Could Be Your Antivirus

The only Anti-Virus I'm using is Windows Defender.

Open Task Manager , And Select The Disk Bar , That'll Show What Programs Use Most Disk % , Check What Program is using it . If it is Called ' Antimalware Service Exexutable ' , Change Your Antivirus , OR Changing From Defender Is Recommended by me Because it used my 100% of disk when i had Win 10. If Nothing Helps , Reverting Back to 8.1 Will be good

Steam Client Bootstrapper. But it's only 1.7 MB/s

Defender is only at 0.1 MB/s
