Question Windows 10 wont apply update after restart.

Recently had to re download windows due to a virus, and i have a official windows usb from 2018 and windows needs to update to 22H2, but whenever i restart my computer to apply the update, it just re downloads it and restarts the whole process, Thanks!

You might want to use the windows media creation tool and make an install flash stick with the latest version of w10.
