The upgrade I did was remove a 250gb ssd and 1TB storage HDD. I added a 2TB m.2 and a 870 evo SDD storage drive. Also I installed 2x8gb of ram in addition to 2x8gb. My windows is currently installed on a 250gb 850 evo. The 1tb storage HDD is the old drive I used to have windows on I removed it because it got corrupted. Maybe it had windows system files on it that allowed to boot?

My PC only boots if I go into my bios and force start my pc on the correct drive. The issue repeatedly has shown up again after I've fixed it a couple of times. I first fixed it when I turned my XMP mode off and the second time I fixed it is when I moved the OS ssd drive SATA position for port 1 to port 0. Ive also changed to boot order and turned windows quick start up off.

Now the issue seems to be coming up again every time i shutdown my pc and try to start it up again later it will just sit on a black screen. I restart go into bios and boot off my OS drive and it boots normally and everything works fine. Please help this is really bugging me. I feel I added to many factors at once so its a process to discover what's wrong.

Specs:
MSI 4070ti OC
5600x
Seasonic focus gold SGX-650
x570 Aorus elite
corsair ddr4 4x8 3600mhz cl18 ram

You said OS is installed on 500gb 850 evo.
There is no 500GB drive in that screenshot.

Anyway - OS is installed in legacy mode.
If you have UEFI mode enabled and UEFI mode is tried first, then UEFI boot fails and system goes into BIOS.
DIsable UEFI mode (if possible) or adjust boot sequence, so legacy mode is tried first.

Show screenshots from BIOS -

Hard drive BBS settings.

It currently doesn't automatically boot into bios its just a black screen and no boot
