Question Windows 10 wont boot up properly

I just bought a new computer with all new and compatible parts. I used a flash drive to download windows 10 so that I could boot up my new computer but whenever I go through the installation process and finish the setup where it restarts my computer, it just makes me do it all again and I don't know what to do differently.

CPU: Ryzen 2700x
GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Power Supply: MWE Gold 650
Memory: G. Skill Trident Z DDR4 8GBx2
SSD: Samsung Eva 860 1 TB

I've tried that and when I do it just has black screen with select boot drive
