Windows 10 Won't boot up!

Hello I recently had to swipe everything of windows 10/reset on my gaming pc due to some random software accidentally Downloaded.. I took a nap to let it do its thing and woke up to a blue screen saying your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart well restart for you.. It does this constantly and I have absolutely no idea what to do..

Using a Windows 10 recovery or installation drive, boot into Advanced Startup Options and perform a System Restore operation, if the option still exists. Otherwise, perform a clean installation of Windows 10, which should resolve your issues.
