[SOLVED] Windows 10 won't boot up

My PC suddenly stopped booting up since this week. Whenever I turn it on, it just shows me the white blinking underline, then it just turns black. The computer is still on but it doesn't show anything, no Windows logo and loading screen. I checked my Bios menu and the drive is still there. Some told me that my Windows has been corrupted but really never gave me a clear solution.

There's the USB method where I would put the Windows 10 boot-up software, but I don't have any spare computer to do this on. I asked someone to borrow their Pc but is there another way other than that just in case? Thanks.

Solution
Nope. Use a friend's computer to create new Windows 10 installation media (USB). Now would also be a good time to download the latest drivers for your motherboard, graphics card, etc...
Go into BIOS on your computer and set the boot priority to USB first.
If you have multiple hard drives installed in your system, disconnect all the the primary, OS drive.
Insert the USB and restart your system.
Format your drive and perform a clean installation of Windows 10.
Once the installation is complete, re-install drivers.
Once the drivers are installed and your system is stable, you can start reinstalling your programs.
Once your programs are reinstalled, you can restore your data from your backup.

At this point, your PC should probably be in...

At this point, your PC should probably be in better operating condition that it was before it crashed and burned (less junk program parts/clean install).
