Windows 10 won't install through USB

Hi I got a inspirion 14 3451 dell laptop and I just recently added in a crucial SSD 120 GB and I installed windows through a usb through the media tool program through rufus and whenever I try to boot up and select the partion it gives me this error message windows 10 cannot be installed to this disk setup does not support configuration of or installation to disks connected through a USB or IEEE 1394 port. Can anyone help me?

Eliminate the partitions through disk management and try again. You might have to reformat the SSD after removing the partitions.

It keeps saying windows can't be installed through a USB or a IEEE 1394 port

Try reformatting it, it may help and there are some youtube videos on it
