Windows 10 stops at 93% setting up the files for installation. It stops and gives me an error saying that some of the data may be corrupt or missing. I used this disk just 2 weeks ago and it worked. I haven't dropped it and I know it works.
Go to the Win 10 website and download latest version to your prefered medium. Use the available tools to assess your computer before reattampting installation.
As long as you have a Windows 10 Product Key or a MS account tied with a Windows 10 license I'd use the MS creation tool to create a disk or ISO on a flash drive to reinstall Windows 10. I'm not sure why your disk that came with the computer isn't working, especially if the disk isn't scratched unless there's a issue with your optical drive not able to read all the info on the disk.
